Order Processing
All products are handmade and prepared after your order is received.
Please allow 3–10 business days for order preparation before shipment unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Processing times may vary during holidays, seasonal launches, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.
Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:

Orders already shipped cannot be rerouted by C+ Under Grace Company.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, C+ Under Grace Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your package appears lost during transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country.
