At C+ Under Grace Company, each product is carefully handmade and packaged with love and attention to detail.
Due to the nature of personal care and handmade products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, if your item arrives:
- damaged,
- defective,
- or incorrect,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will do our best to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return approval within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our end.
Because many of our products contain natural ingredients, please review ingredient information carefully before purchasing. Individual sensitivities and allergies may vary.
